It is with regret that Sheffield FC announce the resignation of first team manager Curtis Woodhouse. Curtis has found it difficult to manage a professional boxing career with the time pressures of non league football management. The Club wishes Curtis good luck for the future.

Boxing Day Game is ON!
Despite all the recent heavy rain and bad weather that has seen several sporting events called off, today's much anticipated game against local rivals Belper Town has been given the green light to go ahead.
Match Preview - King's Lynn
Hopefully the weather will be kind and see us get tomorrow's game away to King's Lynn Town on as both sides look to put some indifferent form behind them and spark a good Christmas & New Year period.
Club on the box... again.
The TV cameras were on site once again at the BT Local Business Stadium this week, although it wasn’t the usual sports orientated programming that was doing the filming, this time it was a daytime telly favourite that were on site.
Match Preview - Garforth Town
This evening Sheffield FC will travel to face Garforth Town in the Doodson Sport League Cup looking to gain some revenge for our FA Cup exit at the same ground last season. Club will have a new player available for selection too although he is not a completely new face as he returns to SFC after previously playing with us
Today's game versus Lincoln United has been cancelled due to a frozen and waterlogged pitch, following a pitch inspection this morning.
UNDER 19s OFF!
This evening's scheduled Under 19s game has been CALLED OFF after becoming the latest fixture to fall victim to the recent cold snap.
Fingers crossed we will have better luck on Saturday for the first team against Lincoln United with an improved forecast hopefully meaning we will get a game on at the BT Local Business Stadium!
Ladies Game OFF
The weather has struck once again meaning the Ladies first team are without a match for the third week running.
Match Preview - Loughborough Dynamo
Weather permitting Club will travel to face another struggling side tomorrow and can hopefully repeat the away win in our last match and reverse the home defeat we suffered to Loughborough Dynamo back in August.
