Kiwomya Steps Down

Following a meeting this morning Andy Kiwomya will be stepping down as First Team Manager. The Club will make an announcement later today about an interim appointment to fill this position.

Andy will be continuing to work within the Club, continuing his role within the Sheffield FC Foundation and Community and becoming head of youth development.

The board of directors would like to place on record their thanks to Andy for all his efforts and wish him well.

Update: Chris Dolby will be taking charge of First Team matters until Andy Kiwomya’s replacement, to be announced tomorrow, is able to take up the appointment.

50 players used this season, how could we get a settled team. The players might be able to get some HOT food after the game now. Onwards and upwards. We're all F.c.

Ask proper questions of the new manager, style, how to organise defence, midfield, formations, tactics to defend and attack, how to motivate players, talk to and involve fans, how to bring young players through. How to develop a squad. Don't just get some ex player who talks in cliches......

Andy started well and had some positive ideas but fell in to the trap of not sticking to his plan or players, then blame the players, then change the style and listen to the nonsense surrounding managers in football. If only he had stuck at it and developed some of the players he had. For a time it was good to watch but it ended up as long ball safety first bring in the journeymen.....the fans want entertainment and style.

Too many players used fans were losing interest and drifting away. GLAD TO SEE THE CHANGE OF MANAGER THINGS CANT GET MUCH WORSE.
